This organization is known for focusing on the details and have on-site maintenance teams to ensure buildings are kept in the best shape possible.


Your New Role


As the Assistant Community Director, you will play a pivotal role in establishing a warm and welcoming environment for all tenants and prospective tenants. You will be the first point of contact for tenants interested in leasing out properties which will include coordinating and showing suites, completing move in/move out inspections, helping complete leasing and application documentation, completing background/credit checks for potential tenants, and ensuring that the show suite is kept clean and presentable. You will ensure resident issues are addressed and dealt with in a timely manner and coordinate resident events to help build a sense of community. You will coordinate maintenance and ensure requests are completed, manage arrears for rent, and overall create an excellent community where tenants thrive.


What You'll Need to Succeed


The ideal candidate has 3+ years of exceptional customer service experience and is always willing to go above and beyond, this role is perfect for someone that enjoys providing great service and prides themselves on their excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in the property management sector and experience with Yardi would be considered a strong asset.
