Who we are looking for:

We are seeking an experienced, energetic professional to spearhead Pricepoint's brand awareness and lead generation efforts from the ground up. This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and is ready to roll up their sleeves to get results. While we don't have unlimited budgets, we're open to creative and resourceful approaches to make every dollar count. The ideal candidate will be proactive, innovative, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Most importantly, we need someone who can deliver tangible results—building Pricepoint's reputation in the industry and consistently generating high-quality leads.


What you will do:

Devising Marketing Strategies and Tactics:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
  • Identify and prioritize tactics to attract leads, increase website traffic, and drive conversions.
  • Continuously evaluate and adjust strategies based on market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics.

Lead Generation and Conversion:

  • Implement lead generation strategies across various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, email campaigns, and events.
  • Optimize conversion funnels to maximize lead conversion rates and customer acquisition.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics to track the effectiveness of lead generation efforts and make data-driven decisions.
  • Organize and host webinars targeting potential customers to educate them about Pricepoint's solutions, address pain points, and drive engagement and conversions.

Content Management and Creation:

  • Develop and execute a content marketing strategy to create valuable, engaging content for the target audience.
  • Manage content creation processes, including blog posts, ebooks, whitepapers, case studies, and other resources.
  • Utilize modern tools and platforms for content management, distribution, and analytics.

Paid Advertising Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize (in cooperation with a 3rd party expert) paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, social media ads, and display advertising.
  • Monitor ad performance, adjust targeting and messaging as needed, and allocate budget effectively to maximize ROI.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy to engage with the target audience, build brand awareness, and drive website traffic.
  • Create and curate content for social media platforms, schedule posts, and monitor engagement metrics.
  • Leverage social media advertising to amplify reach and achieve marketing objectives.

Analytical Abilities:

  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Generate regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiments to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Brand Messaging and Presentation:

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and collateral that effectively communicate the brand's value proposition and key messages.

Website Management:

  • Collaborate with web developers and designers to maintain and optimize the company website for user experience, SEO, and lead generation.
  • Implement strategies to drive organic traffic to the website and improve conversion rates through landing pages and user journeys.

Jack of All Trades Mentality:

  • Adapt to the fast-paced and dynamic nature of a startup environment, wearing multiple hats as needed to support various marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams, such as sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and cohesion in marketing efforts.

  • What you need to succeed:

    • +3 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in B2B fast-growing SaaS startups.
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive lead generation and revenue growth.
    • Marketing Expertise: Proficient in marketing strategy, lead generation, content management, paid advertising, social media, analytics, and brand management.
    • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, web analytics, social media platforms, CMS, and design tools.
    • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
    • Initiative: Self-starter who can work independently and take proactive measures to drive growth.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.
    • Adaptability: Quick to adapt to changing priorities and market demands.
    • Education: Degree in marketing, communication, business, or related field preferred.
    • Startup Experience: Previous experience in a startup environment is advantageous.
