Job Description
Under the responsibility of the general manager, the administration and logistics technician provides administrative and operational support to the accounting department. More specifically, he prepares and processes invoices, supplier accounts and customer accounts in accordance with established procedures. You will be responsible for managing part of the company's inventories jointly with other stakeholders. Finally, you will work with the logistics team to manage the transportation of our products.
Main tasks:
Support Compatibility:
- Verification and entry of supplier invoices;
- Validation of inventories;
- Journal entries;
- Other administrative tasks.
Logistics Support:
- Participation in the logistics chain (transport and shipping);
- Schedule orders with carriers;
- Balancing of inventories;
- Prepare bills of lading;
- Other administrative tasks related to logistics.

Minimum experience of 5 to 8 years as an accounting technician
DEC in accounting or equivalent training
In-depth knowledge of the accounting cycle
Bilingual French and English (required)
Mastery of the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Attention to detail, rigor and precision in the execution of accounting tasks
