We're looking for experienced service professionals to join our dynamic Prophecy team. Prophecy is a high-end cocktail bar located in the Basement of the historic Hotel Georgia. Through our engaging service, delicious cocktails, and dynamic food program, we look to provide memorable experiences to every guest we host.
The right candidate will have 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, casual fine dining service environment. They will be enthusiastic about all things cocktails, and food. Friendly, fun, and professional service is a must.
You would be required to work 20-40 hrs a week (shifts will vary) including weekends.
Applicants must possess the following skills:
- Knowledge of cocktails, beer and wine.
- Strong understanding of food culture
- Must have experience and be comfortable in a busy restaurant/lounge environment.
- Must have a strong sense of urgency and excellent time-management skills.
- Must have the ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Serving It Right Certificate is required.
