We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Pizzaiolo / Line Cook to join our kitchen team at a high-volume, casual upscale Italian restaurant in the vibrant neighborhood of Mount Pleasant, Vancouver. With 140 seats, our restaurant provides an exceptional dining experience, focusing on authentic Italian cuisine prepared with the finest ingredients.

Responsibilities:
○ Prepare and cook a variety of Italian dishes according to our recipes and specifications.
○ Collaborate with the culinary team to create new menu items and daily specials.

○ Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
○ Follow all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
○ Previous experience as a Pizzaiolo or Line Cook in a high-volume restaurant or similar setting.
○ Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques.
○ Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional dishes.
○ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
○ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
