Boketto is a dessert cafe that specialises in delicious cafe drinks and desserts. We are looking for a reliable and experienced Full time baker to support our daily production.
What You Will Do
• Handle daily baking and general production tasks following established recipes and standards
• Assist with prep work, portioning, and routine kitchen tasks
• Maintain a clean, organised, and food safe workspace
• Follow proper labelling, storage, and rotation procedures
• Communicate production needs and updates with the team
• Join a production environment that values pace, cleanliness, and accuracy, and support a kitchen that focuses on consistency, quality, and a smooth workflow.
• Must be available to work from 7am-3pm Sunday-Thursday
Who You Are
• You have previous baking or production kitchen experience (required)
• You have strong English communication skills
• You are reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
• You have strong attention to detail and good time management
• You work cleanly, stay organised, and communicate well
• You understand and comply with all food safety standards
• You hold a current Food Safety Level 1 certification (required)
• You are legally entitled to work in Canada and have stable availability
• Able to work from 7am-3pm (Sunday - Thursday 30-40 hours a week)
