We are looking for a head Chef to lead a team of skilled line cooks. You will be responsible for the daily operation of the kitchen. Your focus will be on menu creation, cost and inventory controls, ordering, maintaining the standards set for the kitchen, and also training Sous Chefs and Line cooks.
