If you're a server here its good money for decent work but any other position the expectation is high with improper training and compensation.

If you ask a manager to help you while you are in the trenches then they will give you an eye-roll and will wonder why they have to do anything and will continue to just stand there looking soulless.
Some freshly hired managers are much better but I think it's deeply integrated into upper management and the whole place is about as unorganized as looking into a kaleidoscope on LSD.
The culture sucks, you can make good money but it's not worth the emotional trauma. You'll regret it

Overall, it was a great work environment but as a hostess the tips are not great for the amount of money the servers are getting in tips. Hostess should be paid more.
