Not terrible not Excellent. Pros, Coworkers were great and managers where honesty really nice. Cons, I've worked in 5 restaurants and this one was the busiest. So even when managers mean well, u will get forgotten and not get enough shifts. They understaffed the dish area to save money but it severely over works the dishwasher. When they hire you they said 4 people will be in the dish area, but it's often 2 and sometimes even 1.

Cactus Club provides extensive training for their staff to ensure that they provide quality and knowledgable service of menu items. Be prepared to take multiple tests and training shifts before going off on your own, but its totally worth it! You will feel like a pro and learn a ton in the process. I especially loved their wine training!
