Decent workplace vibe, but turnover seems quite high. Tips were not very good whilst working as expo, so this might be a good place to serve but it isn't a great place to host/bus/expo. They also seem to schedule quite a few on-call shifts which can be annoying.

Pros: Very flexible, can select the number of shifts you get and can usually pick up or drop shifts at ease. Early finish, unless you are the closer, always busy, fun place to work at times. Customers are pretty chill.

Cons: Revolving door of staff, management seems to change hands every couple of months and adapting to new management styles consistently is sort of frustrating. Training provided is very poor if you are new to the industry. Can be overwhelmingly busy at times, especially weekends in the summer.

Generally a really positive work environment, great location and chill guests! It gets really busy and sometimes chaotic so it can be stressful, but so is any serving/bartending job. I gained a lot of great experience at this location and also gained a group of friends for life. Can't get much better than that.
