Server / Bartender — AnnaLena (Kitsilano)

Work the floor and the bar in one of the best rooms in the country. AnnaLena holds a Michelin star, ranked #12 on Canada's 100 Best Restaurants 2026, and #35 on North America's 50 Best.

Our tasting menu evolves one dish at a time, and the service and bar programs evolve with it. We're looking for a server/bartender who moves comfortably between the dining room and the bar, someone who wants to bring their ideas to the table, help our team continue to evolve the AnnaLena experience, and make their mark during service with our guests.

What you'll do

• Deliver warm, polished service in a Michelin-starred dining room, guiding guests through a constantly changing tasting menu
• Craft classic and contemporary cocktails, plus pairings that shift with the menu
• Contribute your own drinks and service ideas, this is a creative seat with real input
• Own your station, front and back: bar prep, stock management, mise en place, and a clean, organized setup

What you bring

• Serving and bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
• Wine knowledge (the stronger, the better, we're also here to show you the way)
• Sharp attention to detail and a genuine love of hospitality
