Job Summary
We are seeking experienced, dedicated and skilled BOH staff - Line Cook/Prep Cook/Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Additionally, the ideal candidate must have relevant experience as a Line Cook/Prep Cook/Dishwasher in a dine-in restaurant setting.
Responsibilities (Line Cook)
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Assist with food handling and ensure proper food storage practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Monitor food quality and presentation before serving.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols.
- Help with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Participate in kitchen team meetings and contribute ideas for menu improvements.
- Closing duties and responsibilities.
