What you'll do

Prepare cocktails, wine, and beverages with precision, consistency, and care - Offer confident recommendations and thoughtful pairings based on guest preferences
- Create a welcoming, engaging bar experience through attentive and personable service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs proactively
- Support prep (garnishes, glassware, mise en place) to ensure smooth service flow
- Process transactions accurately using POS and complete cash-outs as required
- Collaborate closely with the dining room team to support pacing and guest experience
- Stay current on menu offerings, wine lists, and cocktail features
What you'll bring

Open availability to support evening, weekend, and statutory holiday service - Minimum 1 year bartending experience in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
- Confidence behind the bar with the ability to manage volume while staying present with guests
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and spirits, with an eye for detail and consistency
- Comfort making pairing recommendations; WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) or similar is an asset
- Clear, professional communication and the ability to navigate guest requests with ease
- A team-first mindset and willingness to support wherever needed
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and prep standards
- Serving It Right certification
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support the front-of-house team as needed throughout service
- Pride in your workspace, with strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and mise en place
