A day in the life

Maintain cleanliness of dishes, kitchen tools, utensils, equipment, and food preparation areas - Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- Support kitchen operations by restocking clean dishes and utensils throughout service
- Maintain garbage, recycling, and compost systems in accordance with Resort standards
- Keep dish and kitchen areas organized, sanitary, and hazard-free throughout the shift
- Assist the culinary team with basic prep and support tasks as needed
- Follow all FoodSafe, WHMIS, sanitation, and occupational health and safety standards

- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Ability to follow procedures and take direction from supervisors and teammates
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Respectful communication skills and a collaborative mindset
