A day in the life

Deliver professional massage and body treatments based on guest needs and Spa standards - Customize treatments to create personalized and memorable guest experiences
- Create a calm, welcoming, and professional treatment environment
- Recommend retail products and wellness services that support guest goals
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully prepared treatment spaces
- Collaborate with Spa and Resort teams to support seamless guest experiences
- Manage appointment timing and treatment preparation efficiently throughout the shift
- Contribute positively to team culture through professionalism, accountability, and kindness
What we hope you'll bring to the team

Valid massage or body treatment certification/licensing applicable to BC requirements - Previous experience in a spa, wellness, or hospitality environment preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional, calm, and guest-focused approach
- Ability to build trust and create personalized guest experiences
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable recommending retail products and additional services
- Self-aware, accountable, and open to learning and feedback
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience with body wraps and scrubs is considered an asset
