Who you are:

• A hospitality-driven leader with 1+ years of management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Calm, kind, and confident when interacting with guests and staff
• Experience with scheduling and controlling beverage & labour costs
• Knowledge of Italian aperitivi, food and wine is an asset (WSET is a plus!)
• Serving It Right certification required (Foodsafe Level 1 is an asset)
• Available to work evenings and weekends
