What You'll Do

• Lead and inspire a team while creating a positive workplace culture.
• Deliver exceptional customer service every day.
• Support daily café operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with scheduling, training, coaching, and developing team members.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and quality.
• Help achieve sales, labour, and profitability goals.
• Lead by example with a hands-on approach in all areas of the café.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has previous leadership or restaurant/café management experience.
• Is passionate about hospitality and people.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Has strong communication and organizational skills.
• Is reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented.
• Is available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
