Bartender Part Time

Gia is seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join our front-of-house team.

The ideal candidate will have strong mixology skills, a passion for hospitality, a desire to experiment with new drinks, and the ability to create a welcoming, memorable experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities include:

  - Preparing and serving beverages while maintaining full knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, costing, and preparation methods.
  - Handling prep work, including juicing, batching, preparing and storing all fresh garnishes and perishables.
  - Monitoring and managing the ordering of all beer, wine, spirits, bar tools, and equipment.
  - Engaging with guests and collaborating with bar and floor staff to ensure seamless service.
