Floor Manager Full Time

Position Overview:The Floor Manager is a key member of the management team, responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences by supervising daily operations, leading staff on the floor, and maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and team performance. This position will work across both Hoops Sports Bar and Lucky Clover Pub, ensuring consistency and excellence at each location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations during service hours
• Lead and motivate service staff to provide exceptional guest experiences
• Ensure all areas of the restaurant are clean, well-organized, and operating efficiently
• Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
• Assist with scheduling, training, and performance evaluations of front-of-house staff
• Monitor food and beverage quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless communication and service
• Support promotional events, game day operations, and large group bookings
• Uphold brand standards and contribute to a fun, team-oriented environment

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or floor management role in a fast-paced restaurant or bar
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in high-volume, high-energy environments
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant operations is preferred.
• Smart Serve (or equivalent certification) required
