Position Summary

We are seeking skilled, charismatic Bartenders who can deliver exceptional drinks and unforgettable guest experiences. At Mita Mita, bartenders are not just drink makers—they are performers, storytellers, and experts in tequila, mezcal, and cocktails.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, margaritas, and beverages with consistency
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of tequila, mezcal, and agave-based spirits
• Engage with guests at the bar, creating a welcoming and energetic atmosphere
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
• Manage bar inventory, prep, and restocking throughout service
• Follow recipes, specs, and presentation standards precisely
• Handle cash and process payments accurately using POS systems
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Monitor guest consumption and adhere to responsible service standards

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar required
• Strong knowledge of cocktails and spirits (tequila/mezcals preferred)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Smart Serve certification (or equivalent) required
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
