Position Summary

We are looking for hardworking, energetic Bussers to support our front-of-house team. As a Busser at Mita Mita, you play a key role in maintaining the flow of service by keeping the dining room clean, organized, and ready for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently
• Assist servers with delivering food, water, and basic guest needs
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, patio, and service areas
• Refill water, polish cutlery, and restock service stations
• Support the team to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Help maintain overall presentation and cleanliness standards
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is an asset, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and glassware
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
