Position Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, personable, and professional Servers to join our team. As a Server at Mita Mita, you are the face of the guest experience—delivering exceptional service, guiding guests through our menu, and creating memorable waterfront dining moments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and engaging service to all guests
• Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations (food, tequila, cocktails)
• Take accurate orders and deliver food and beverages efficiently
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set at all times
• Maintain a strong understanding of menu items, ingredients, and allergens
• Upsell menu items, daily features, and premium beverages
• Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
• Process payments accurately using POS systems

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Knowledge or interest in Mexican cuisine, tequila, and cocktails is an asset
• Smart Serve certification (or equivalent) required
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
