Queens Harbour is the most-booked restaurant in Canada. 23,000 square feet. Three massive bars. Up to 3,000 guests a day on Toronto's waterfront. And none of it runs without a great barback.

This is the role that keeps everything moving. You are the backbone of the bar — and if you want to learn the trade, there is no better classroom in this city.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Someone who moves fast, thinks ahead, and takes pride in making sure the people around them never have to ask twice. You're not watching the clock. You're watching the ice bins, the glassware, the garnish trays. You see what's needed before it becomes a problem.

If you want to be in the middle of the best patio season Toronto has ever seen, this is your in.

If you're looking for slow and easy - Queens Harbour is not for you. If you're looking for fast and jam packed - you've found your home.

WHAT THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE

Stocking and replenishing all three bar stations throughout service — ice, glass, liquor, garnishes, mixers
Running product from storage and keeping the fridges organized
Washing and polishing glassware to a consistent standard.
Keeping bar surfaces and floors clean throughout a high-volume service
Helping with prep, garnishes, batches, station setup before doors open
Breaking down bars at end of service with care and precision
Communicating proactively with bartenders when levels are low

WHAT YOU BRING

Experience in a restaurant or bar environment (an asset, not a requirement)
Physical stamina — you'll be moving fast, carrying heavy, and staying on your feet for the entire shift. If you're looking for a slow paced restaraunt, this is not for you!

Queens Harbour is Toronto's most ambitious waterfront restaurant. At 23,000 square feet, it sits on the harbourfront featuring an interactive sushi bar, three unique cocktail bars, and Canada's largest retractable rooftop patio.
