Job Description

Queens Harbour is the most-booked restaurant in Canada. 23,000 square feet. Three full-service bars. Up to 3,000 guests walking through our doors every single day on Toronto's waterfront.

That kind of operation doesn't run on autopilot. It runs on people who care — and the busser is at the center of it all.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Someone who keeps their head up, moves with purpose, and genuinely takes pride in a clean, well-run floor. You notice the glass that needs clearing before the server does. You reset a table like the next guest is the most important one of the night. You're a core part of the team, not just in it. Without you... we're F*?&#ED.

WHAT THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE

Clearing and resetting tables quickly to keep the floor turning at pace
Keeping the dining room clean and stocked throughout service
Transporting dishes and glassware efficiently and safely to the dishwasher.
Stocking service stations, cutlery, napkins, glassware, condiments
Communicating table status and guest needs to the floor team
Opening and closing side duties as assigned
Owning the dish pit when needed, running a clean, fast operation that keeps the whole floor moving

WHAT YOU BRING

Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting (preferred)
The ability to stay composed and move fast when it's full tilt
Strong communication and a team-first mindset
Physical stamina — on your feet, moving fast, all shift long
Reliable, punctual, and professional.

Queens Harbour is Toronto's most ambitious waterfront restaurant. At 23,000 square feet, it sits on the harbourfront featuring an interactive sushi bar, three unique cocktail bars, and Canada's largest retractable rooftop patio.
