Server Full Time

We are now interviewing to hire an experienced, friendly and energetic full time server for our busy Danforth location in the heart of Greektown. The typical schedule that we are looking to hire for would require you to work 3 lunches and 2 dinners so schedule flexibility is a requirement

Potential serving candidates must have a minimum 1.5 years serving experience in a similar premium casual restaurant with great wine food and steps of service knowledge. Candidates should be flexible and available to serve 3 lunch and 2 dinner periods Monday to Sunday. If you enjoy a fast paced environment and a fun workplace, please send us your resume. Duties:

• Greeting and seating customers
• Taking, confirming orders and relaying to the kitchen or bar staff
• Serving food
• Serving alcohol
• Busing, cleaning, and resetting tables
• Answering phone calls
• handling take orders by phone
• Preparing bill and processing payment
• Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitizing, sweeping floors, washing glassware
• Reconciling daily cash transactions
