- Fabricate or fit parts to make watches and clocks
- Instruct apprentices
- Perform repairs and adjustments on watches and clocks
- Test, adjust and regulate timepiece movements
- Insert battery contents into casing
- Fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set-up
- Estimate repair costs
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Operate, monitor, maintain, calibrate and test equipment Equipment and machinery experience
- Polishers
- Drill presses Area of work experience
