- Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
- Launder clothing and household linens
- Mend clothing and linens
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
- Wash windows, walls and ceilings
- Clean changing rooms and showers
- Address customers' complaints or concerns Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses
