Position: Full-Time & Part-Time available

About Us

Sunflower Lodge is a hyper-seasonal, farm-to-table destination in Mission, BC. We pride ourselves on executing a scratch menu that highlights local agriculture, foraged ingredients, and advanced preservation techniques like fermentation and koji-culturing. We offer a highly collaborative, professional kitchen environment where cooks can truly connect with the ingredients they handle.

The Role

We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Cook to join our culinary team. You will work closely with our leadership team to execute service, maintain precise station prep, and uphold rigorous kitchen standards.

What You’ll Do

Execute menu items with high consistency, precision, and speed during service.

Manage daily station prep, focusing on scratch cooking and proper handling of premium seasonal produce.

Maintain impeccable cleanliness, food safety, and organization across all kitchen stations.

Collaborate with the team on rotating seasonal features and processing farm-fresh ingredients.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced, scratch-focused kitchen (high-end or farm-to-table experience is a strong asset).

Skills: Strong knife skills, a solid understanding of fundamental cooking techniques, and efficient multitasking.

Mindset: A strong work ethic, a desire to learn complex culinary techniques, and a true team-player attitude.

Credentials: Valid FoodSafe Level 1 and reliable transportation to our Mission location.
