We're hiring Chef de Partie positions for La Mano at Lonsdale Quay Market. In this role you will be responsible for working alongside our Head Chef preparing fresh pasta, cooking dishes for lunch and dinner and working with an ever-changing menu. You'll be interacting directly with customers at our counter-service location on the boardwalk of Lonsdale Quay.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Food production
- Line cooking
- Customer service
EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years restaurant cooking experience
- Some customer service experience preferred
AVAILABILITY:
- 3 to 5 shifts per week
- 6 to 8 hour shifts
- Morning and evening shifts available
JOB DUTIES:
- Prep fresh pasta for daily service
- Prep sauces and mise-en-place
- Serve guests directly at counter-seating
- Cook lunch or dinner service
COMPENSATION:
- Starting at $20/hour + weekly tips
