• Take charge of our kitchen operations and lead by example
• Craft creative, high-quality menus that wow our guests
• Mentor and inspire a passionate team of cooks & kitchen staff
• Keep food quality, presentation, and safety at the highest standard
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls with precision
• Collaborate with leadership to design dishes that keep guests coming back

What We’re Looking For:✔ 5+ years of experience as a Chef in a high-volume restaurant/pub
✔ Strong leadership skills & the ability to build a positive kitchen culture
✔ Solid knowledge of food safety, costing, and menu design
✔ A creative flair and passion for culinary innovation
✔ Food Handler Certification (required)
✔ Willingness to relocate or commute to Ottawa, ON
