Line Cook / Chef de Partie Full Time

We are hiring an experienced Line Cook to join the kitchen team at the Heart & Crown. Our pubs are fast-paced, lively environments where food quality matters. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about cooking, can handle the heat of a busy kitchen, and works well as part of a team.

What you’ll do

• Prepare and cook dishes to order following recipes and procedures
• Ensure food is cooked properly and plated with care
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Work closely with FOH staff to provide a seamless dining experience
• Contribute to closing and cleaning duties at the end of shifts

• Reliable transportation for late shifts
