Do you love food, thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, and know how to keep your cool when the tickets start flying? Patina Brewing is looking for a Sous Chef to join our BBQ-loving crew!
You don't need BBQ experience—we can teach you the low and slow secrets. What we do need is someone with:
-Culinary Arts Diploma or Red Seal is an asset
-Valid Food Safe level 1 is required
-Restaurant kitchen experience
-Full time, open availability, including evenings and weekends
-Strong leadership and teamwork skills
-A positive attitude and a sense of humour
-The ability to work hard and have fun doing it
