Host(ess) Part Time / Full Time

Spacca Napoli is an award-winning Neapolitan pizzeria recognized by Gambero Rosso, and we're looking for a confident, composed, and highly organized Host to join our team.

This is a demanding, fast-paced role that requires maturity, strong communication skills, and confidence at the door. Our Host is the first point of contact for our guests and must be comfortable managing a busy entrance, reservations, waitlists, phone calls, guest expectations, and the flow of the dining room—all while remaining warm and welcoming.

We're looking for someone who can think on their feet, communicate confidently with guests, stay composed under pressure, and take ownership of the door. Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is an asset, but strong judgment, reliability, and genuine hospitality are equally important.

-must have 2 years restaurant experience

-must be friendly, out-going and professional

-be able to warmly greet customers and make them feel welcome

- smiling must come easily to you 

 -be willing to lend a hand with clearing and other organizational duties

-must be able to plan and organize waitlists and floor plans independently using our ipad program

-expect to take a training course to become familiar with our software

-preference given to candidates with Friday to Sunday availability, and with minimum 3-4 days per week
