Server Part Time / Full Time

Spacca Napoli is an award-winning Neapolitan pizzeria recognized by Gambero Rosso, and we are looking for an experienced server to join our team.

For us, hospitality isn't about following traditional scripts or repeating the same routine at every table. It's about being present, reading the guest, and creating genuine, warm interactions that feel natural and personal.

We are looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, takes pride in learning about our dishes and ingredients, and can bring our menu to life with knowledge, enthusiasm, and care. Every guest is different, and we believe great hospitality comes from knowing how to adapt, engage, and create an experience that feels memorable rather than rehearsed.

Previous knowledge of Italian cuisine is not required. What matters most is curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a sincere desire to make every guest feel welcomed and cared for.

Previous serving experience and a valid Serving It Right certificate are required. Please provide letters of recommendation.

Qualifications

-at least 3 years experience necessary in serving (working 2-3 shifts weekly)

-wine and food pairing knowledge essential

-familiarity with TouchBistro seen as an asset

-preparation for service and clean up duties expected during each shift 

-be available 3 days minimum, especially during weekends -be available for early opening (12pm) or stay late (12AM)

-be able to multi-task in a fast-paced setting

-have a strong attention to detail (be able to memorize menu items)

-must be able to upsell menu items

-demonstrate a team attitude, be willing to offer help with restaurant duties outside the scope of serving
