Koi, located at River Rock Casino, is building a high-end Japanese restaurant opening soon – and we're building our core team!

We source only the finest ingredients — premium seafood flown in fresh daily, A5-grade Japanese wagyu, and the best seasonal local produce. Every dish is crafted with precision and artistry, from our signature Aburi-style sushi to delicate sashimi and charcoal-grilled specialties

We are currently seeking to hire multiple spots for an Experienced Bartender 

You Have:

• 1+ years of experience in a fine-dining environment 
• Strong Bartending experience
• Serving It Right Certificate
• Knowledgeable about Wine, Sake, and Liquor
• Naturally, turn guests into your regulars; you keep them coming back for more 
• You continuously seek opportunities to grow and learn 
• Must have Canadian citizenship, permanent resident status, or a valid work permit
