Front of House Manager — Dining Room & Beverage Operations
Verdicchio Ristorante & Enoteca

Join the Next Chapter of Verdicchio
For more than 30 years, Verdicchio Ristorante & Enoteca has been a destination for guests who appreciate authentic Italian cuisine, exceptional wine, and genuine hospitality.

From handmade pasta and regional Italian cooking to our carefully curated wine program and intimate dining experience, every detail reflects our commitment to creating memorable moments for our guests.
We are looking for a Front of House Manager — Dining Room & Beverage Operations to join our leadership team and help shape the next chapter of Verdicchio.
This is an opportunity for a hospitality professional who believes that great restaurants are built through people — through strong teams, meaningful guest connections, and a shared passion for creating exceptional experiences.
The Opportunity
Working closely with ownership and our leadership team, the Assistant General Manager will play a key role in leading the front-of-house experience at Verdicchio.
This position will oversee daily dining room operations, support the development of our wine and beverage culture, mentor our hospitality team, and help ensure that every guest experience reflects the warmth, attention, and excellence that define Verdicchio.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about food, wine, and hospitality — someone who wants to contribute ideas, develop people, and become an important part of our future.

- Oversee daily front-of-house operations and service execution
- Be a visible hospitality leader on the floor

Develop Our Food & Wine Culture
- Support and continue to develop our Italian-focused wine program

- Lead pre-service meetings and daily communication
- Help create a culture of accountability, pride, and teamwork
- Support scheduling and operational organization
Support Our Growing Hospitality Group
Verdicchio is part of a growing hospitality group that includes Natura Events and 1351 Kitchens.
This role provides the opportunity to collaborate across our brands, support special events, and contribute to the continued growth of our culinary and hospitality offerings.
The Person We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate is someone who:
- Has experience leading within a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Understands that hospitality is about creating relationships, not simply providing service
- Has a passion for food, wine, and Italian culture
- Enjoys developing and mentoring a team
- Takes pride in organization, consistency, and attention to detail
- Leads by example and inspires those around them
- Wants to be part of a team where their ideas and leadership have an impact
Experience in fine dining, wine programs, Italian restaurants, or luxury hospitality is considered an asset.
Why Verdicchio?
At Verdicchio, you are not just joining a restaurant — you are becoming part of a story.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Work directly with ownership in shaping the future of the restaurant
- Help develop and strengthen our hospitality culture
- Expand your knowledge of Italian food, wine, and traditions
- Participate in unique dining experiences, wine events, and celebrations
