- Education:

- Arrange the bar area to make attractive displays
- Organize the operations of a cocktail lounge or bar
- Clean bar area and wash glassware
- Collect cash, credit/debit cards or other payment for beverages
- Order bar stock and maintain inventory and control of bar stock
- Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer and non-alcoholic beverages
- Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons Experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year
