Job Description
- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years Tasks
- Implement new administrative procedures
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Delegate work to office support staff
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of establishment
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Train staff
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
- Monitor and evaluate
- Plan and control budget and expenditures Transportation/travel information

- Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers Support for mature workers
- Provides staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers Supports for visible minorities
- Applies hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities (for example: anonymizing the hiring process, etc.)
- Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities
