- Education:

- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Assist in the establishment of unit policies and procedures Experience
