Job Description
- Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
- Experience: Experience an asset Work setting
- Restaurant Tasks
- Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
- Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
- Advise on menu selections
- Balance cash and record sales
- Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
- Describe and advise on wine selection
- Serve food and beverages
- Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
- Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses
- Smart Serve Computer and technology knowledge
- Point of sale system Weight handling
- Up to 9 kg (20 lbs) Screening questions
