Server Part Time / Full Time

1. Guest Service

• Greet guests warmly and professionally
• Explain menu items and make recommendations
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve food and drinks according to standards
• Check guest satisfaction throughout service
• Handle guest requests and concerns promptly
• Process payments accurately

2. Sales & Upselling

• Recommend appetizers, desserts, and beverages
• Promote featured dishes and seasonal items
• Increase average check through thoughtful upselling
• Encourage repeat visits

Examples:

• “Would you like to start with our burrata?”
• “This pasta pairs really well with a spritz.”
• “Would you like dessert or digestif tonight?”

3. Service Standards

• Maintain table sections and cleanliness
• Follow opening and closing duties
• Ensure proper table setup
• Communicate efficiently with kitchen and bar
• Maintain timing and pacing of courses

4. Teamwork

• Support hosts, runners, bartenders, and kitchen
• Assist during busy periods
• Maintain positive workplace culture
• Attend meetings and training

Requirements Experience

• Previous serving experience preferred (1+ year ideal)
• Fine dining / upscale casual experience preferred

Skills

• Strong communication
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Multitasking ability
• Basic food & wine knowledge
• POS experience preferred
• Ability to stay calm under pressure

Physical Requirements
