Position Overview
Chef Luciano Schipano Hospitality Group is seeking reliable and hardworking Dishwashers for casual, on-call event work across our restaurant, catering, and banquet operations throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
This role is essential to maintaining efficiency and cleanliness during high-volume events. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to perform in fast-paced environments.
Shifts are scheduled based on event bookings and may vary week to week.
Work Locations
Shifts may take place at various locations, including:
- Boccaccio Ristorante (Toronto)
- Culinarium (Toronto)
- Queen City Yacht Club – Toronto Island
- Catering venues and banquet halls across the GTA
Key Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, utensils, trays, and kitchen equipment during service
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing and kitchen area
- Support kitchen team with basic cleaning and closing duties
- Assist with garbage removal and sanitation procedures
- Follow all health and safety standards
- Support event breakdown and cleanup
Requirements
- Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift when required
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, late nights)
- Ability to travel to different locations across the GTA

Compensation
- Competitive hourly rate ($17.60 – $18.50/hour based on experience)
