Boccaccio Ristorante is hiring a strong, independent Line Cook to join our kitchen team.
This is not an entry-level position. The right candidate must be able to run a station independently, stay organized under pressure, and execute consistently at a high standard. The ability to move across different stations as needed is essential.
You will work directly with Executive Chef Luciano Schipano.
Requirements

Minimum 4+ years of line cook experience

Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine (mandatory)

Ability to work independently and take ownership of your station

Comfortable working on multiple stations as required

Strong pace, cleanliness, and organization

Reliable, punctual, and professional

Available evenings and weekends

Banquet and mass-production experience is an asset
Responsibilities

Run your station independently during service

Support other stations when needed

Execute dishes with consistency, accuracy, and proper portions

Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized workstation

Follow kitchen standards, prep systems, and food safety procedures

Assist with prep and support restaurant and banquet production as required
