Job Description
Lokum Eats is looking for a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The right candidate is passionate about food, works well under pressure, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities: Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes, techniques, and presentation standards Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service Follow all instructions given by the Chef or Kitchen Manager Uphold food safety, sanitation, and nutritional guidelines at all times Ensure all dishes are prepared with consistency, quality, and speed Keep a clean and organized workstation, fully stocked with necessary supplies before and during service Monitor food freshness, and rotate stock based on the restaurant’s guidelines to ensure optimal quality Requirements: Proven cooking experience, including experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or similar role Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks Ability to work in a team environment High school diploma or equivalent preferred Culinary school diploma is a plus but not required
