What You'll Do
- Welcome guests and guide them through our menu of authentic Neapolitan pizzas, fresh handmade pastas, and handcrafted cocktails
- Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff
- Deliver dishes and beverages in a timely, attentive manner
- Anticipate guest needs throughout the meal and handle requests with care
- Process payments and manage table turnover efficiently during high-volume service
- Keep your section clean and fully stocked throughout each shift
- Encourage happy guests to share their experience — positive reviews are a reflection of your work
- Support teammates and contribute to a smooth, high-energy front-of-house
What We're Looking For
- Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred
- Knowledge of Silverware POS is a strong advantage
- Experience encouraging guest reviews is an asset
- Passion for Italian food, cocktails, and genuine hospitality
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Comfortable working fast-paced evening and weekend services
- Smart Serve certified or willing to obtain
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
