Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well under pressure, and takes pride in consistency, cleanliness, and teamwork.

Responsibilities include preparing and cooking menu items to restaurant standards, maintaining proper food presentation and quality, following recipes and portion controls, setting up and stocking stations, assisting with prep and closing duties, and ensuring all kitchen areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.

Candidates must have previous line cooking experience in a professional kitchen and possess a valid Food Handler Certification. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, punctuality, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.
