You'll own the business inside your four walls—from developing your team and delivering exceptional guest experiences to driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence. The success of your restaurant starts with the standards you set, the leaders you develop, and the culture you create every day.

We're looking for someone who treats the restaurant like it's their own: someone who leads with accountability, develops great people, and understands that strong financial results are the outcome of consistent execution.

What You'll OwnDeliver Business Performance

You'll own every part of your restaurant's financial performance. That means understanding your numbers, identifying opportunities early, and making informed decisions that drive sustainable results. Strong operators know the story behind the metrics and take action before small issues become larger ones.

  • Manage sales, labour, COGS, and profitability

  • Build schedules based on business demand and TPLH

  • Monitor inventory and minimize waste and variances

  • Review KPIs and complete weekly operational scorecards

  • Develop action plans to improve performance

Build High-Performing Teams

Great restaurants are built by great people. You'll recruit, develop, coach, and retain a team that delivers consistently while creating future leaders for the business. Developing people isn't something you do when time allows—it's one of your primary responsibilities.

  • Recruit, interview, and hire top talent

  • Lead onboarding and ongoing training

  • Coach through regular feedback and one-on-one development

  • Manage performance with fairness and accountability

  • Build a strong internal leadership bench

Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

Hospitality sets great restaurants apart. You'll create an environment where every guest receives fast, genuine service and leaves wanting to return. Guest feedback becomes an opportunity to improve—not something to react to after the fact.

  • Lead a culture of authentic hospitality

  • Ensure consistent execution of the guest experience

  • Monitor guest feedback and online reviews

  • Resolve concerns quickly and professionally

  • Use guest insights to strengthen restaurant performance

Drive Operational Excellence

Consistency builds trust. You'll ensure every shift reflects Wingstop's standards for food quality, food safety, cleanliness, and execution while holding yourself and your team accountable to those expectations every day.

  • Maintain food safety, quality, and brand standards

  • Conduct regular restaurant audits

  • Address operational issues promptly

  • Ensure consistent execution across every shift

  • Lead with accountability, integrity, and discipline

Build Your Community

Your restaurant should be recognized as part of the local community. You'll build relationships, support local initiatives, and work alongside marketing to create opportunities that drive awareness, sales, and long-term loyalty.

  • Build relationships with local businesses and organizations

  • Support schools, sports teams, and community events

  • Drive local restaurant marketing initiatives

  • Grow catering and community partnerships

  • Share local opportunities with the marketing team

What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced restaurant leader who understands that great results come from building great teams. Specifically:

  • 4+ years of restaurant management experience with full P&L accountability

  • Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams

  • Strong operational and financial acumen, with the ability to improve sales, labour, and profitability

  • A hands-on leadership style—you lead from the floor and set the standard through your actions

  • A guest-first mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality

  • The confidence to make decisions, address issues directly, and create accountability across your restaurant
