Sommelier / Wine Steward Part Time / Full Time

Server Sommelier
 - We are looking for a passionate and hospitality-driven Server Sommelier to join
our team at Brasserie Coquette.
- This role is ideal for someone who loves wine, food, and creating memorable
guest experiences. While the primary focus is service, you'll also work closely
with the Wine Director to support and help grow our beverage program.

The Role

Guest Experience
 Deliver warm, knowledgeable, and professional service
 Guide guests through wine selections and food pairings
 Execute thoughtful wine service, including sparkling wine service and
decanting
 Maintain a strong understanding of our food, wine, and cocktail offerings
Wine Program Support
 Assist with inventory management, ordering, and maintaining par levels
 Update wine lists and beverage menus
 Help organize and maintain wine storage areas
 Working with the Wine Director support the ongoing development of our
wine program

Team Communication & Education

 Communicate menu changes, new wines, and beverage updates to the team
 Participate in staff education and training
 Foster a culture of learning, hospitality, and collaboration

What We're Looking For

 Experience serving in a quality-focused restaurant
 A genuine passion for wine and hospitality
 Sommelier certification, WSET, or equivalent experience is an asset
 Strong communication and organizational skills
 A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit
