We cook generous, shareable Italian food that guests crave and come back for. We’re looking for a line cook who brings the skills, owns their station, and actually cares about what goes on the plate.
What You’ll Do
• Execute pasta, antipasti, and small plates to spec — every ticket, every service
• Own your station: prep, mise en place, cleanliness, and consistency
• Work in sync with the BOH team to keep the line running smooth under pressure
• Maintain food quality and portion control without needing to be reminded
• Jump in where needed — this is a team kitchen, not a solo act
• Contribute to a culture of craft, speed, and mutual respect
What We’re Looking For
• 1–2+ years of line experience in a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen
• Solid knife skills, clean habits, and a sharp sense of urgency
• Someone who takes direction well and gives feedback the same way
• Comfort with Italian cuisine is a bonus — passion for food is non-negotiable
• Reliable, on time, and ready to work — every shift
