We’re growing fast, and we need a pizza cook who gives a damn about what they put on the pass.

What You’ll Do

•        Stretch, top, and fire pizzas to order in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

•        Own your station — clean, consistent, and ready to go from the jump

•        Work tight with the BOH team to keep tickets moving and quality locked in

•        Hold the standard: every pizza that leaves your station should be something you’re proud of

•        Contribute to a kitchen culture built on hustle, respect, and flavor

What We’re Looking For

•        1–2+ years of pizza or hot line experience (wood fire, deck oven, or similar)

•        Calm under pressure — this room gets loud and we need you to love it

•        Consistent knife skills and clean mise en place habits

•        A genuine interest in Italian food and flavors — not just punching a clock

•        Someone who takes pride in their work and treats the kitchen like their own
